To secure your reservation we require a 50% deposit. Deposits are refundable only if the vacated spot is filled by another angler. In case of forfeited deposits, they can be credited towards a future trip. Please ensure that deposits are submitted within two weeks of making the reservation. If Chiletrout finds it necessary to cancel the trip due to extreme weather or unforeseen circumstances, your payment will secure a week for the following season.
By submitting the deposit and/or final payment, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted the Terms, Conditions and Cancellation Policy. We highly recommend obtaining travel insurance to protect your investment in the trip. Chiletrout cannot be held responsible or liable for any claims, losses, damages, costs, delays, or loss of enjoyment experienced by you, your traveling companions, or group members. This includes any incidents resulting from the acts, omissions, or negligence of anyone, including Chiletrout.
We strive to provide accurate information about the fly-fishing adventure itinerary, description, and other details. However, please note that unforeseen circumstances may necessitate changes to the itinerary. Chiletrout will not be held liable for any such changes.
Please inform Chiletrout of any personal medical or dietary requirements that each guest may have prior to and throughout the trip.
